Device's principle

This is the device that removes grain dust with the force of inertia, blocking ability, diffusion force, gravity after having dirty gas pass through the follicle side. Dust collection effect is high, and it is effective for fine particle removal as well. Safe continuous operation is enabled and treatment air volume for each unit area mass is large. Thus, installation space is small. It is possible to install even when the dirt concentration is large. Diverse methods including the inflow of the filtering and gas for treatment to the filter cloth can be selected depending on the type of gas for treatment. Dust on the filtering material’s surface is detached with the back-draught, vibration and impact ejection method.
